چکیده
Repeated trauma, inadequate perfusion or oxygenation, excessive inflammation, infection, oxidative stress, anddiabetes all contribute to impaired wound healing. In a clinical setting, delay in healing may result severe complicationssuch as gangrene, leading extended hospitalization, amputation and even death of the patient. Slow andlimitations currently available synthetic medication, urges need for safe, affordable, patient-friendly, andmulti-modal herbal care agent. Anacardium occidentale L., commonly known cashew locally, Kaju, isreported possess antidiabetic, antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory antiulcerogenic activities. this study, weevaluated activity gel containing extract A. leaves rats using incision, excisionand dead space models. Increased contraction, breaking strength, hydroxyproline hexosamine content,TGF-β level decreased TNF-α indicated that developed accelerated process. Moreover, docking studies aqueous alcoholic exerted by inhibiting GSK3-βthrough β-catenin dependent Wnt signaling pathway. Thus, it can be concluded leavesextract potential agent acting on various phases process.

FOXO1, TGF-β Regulation and Wound Healing
Re-epithelialization is a complex process that involves migration and proliferation of keratinocytes, in addition to the production of cytokines and growth factors that affect other cells. The induction of transcription factors during these processes is crucial for successful wound healing. The transcription factor forkhead boxO-1 (FOXO1) has recently been found to be an important regulator of ...
