Anacardium occidentale L., commonly known cashew locally, Kaju, isreported possess antidiabetic, antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory antiulcerogenic activities. this study, weevaluated activity gel containing extract A. leaves rats using incision, excisionand dead space models. Increased contraction, breaking strength, hydroxyproline hexosamine content,TGF-β level decreased TNF-α indicated that developed accelerated process.Moreover, docking studies aqueous alcoholic exerted by inhibiting GSK3-βthrough β-catenin dependent Wnt signaling pathway.
